- Heightened crime and drug prevention
awareness;
- Generate support for, and participate
in, local anticrime programs;
- Strengthen neighborhood spoeit
and police-community partnerships;
- Send a message to criminals letting
the n know that neighborhoods are organized
and willing to fight back!
